Who we are

This site belongs to Perfect Tankless Plumbing, a plumbing company with a service office at 332 Phelan Ave # A, San Jose, CA 95112 and a head office at 329 Arkansas St, Ste H, Vallejo, CA 94590. You can reach us at (669) 281-0871.

What we collect

When you call us, we collect the details you give us on the call: your name, phone number, address or neighborhood, and a description of the work. We use them to respond, schedule and carry out the work, and to keep a record of the job.

This site does not run advertising trackers. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To schedule and perform work, send you documents about the job, and keep service records. We do not sell your information.

Call forwarding

If a call is forwarded to another local provider because our team is fully booked or unavailable, the details you give that provider are handled under their own privacy practices.

Call recording

Calls may be recorded for quality and training where the law allows, and you will be told when that applies.

How long we keep it

We keep job records for as long as needed for warranty questions, permits, tax and legal purposes, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. California residents may have additional rights under state law. Call us to make a request.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
